Chamber of Commerce Building / North Gaza

Chamber of Commerce and Industry New Administration Building is located at the west area of Jabalia City nearby El-Sudaniya Area. The overall built-up area of the project is around 1,400M2 which consists of 4 different floors each floor is about 4000 m2 except third floor includes:

• Ground floor 400 m2 consists of main entrance hall, reception, multi-purpose hall, management unit and all related facilities.
• First floor 400 m2 consists of large foyer, workshop hall, multi-purpose hall and all related facilities.
• Second floor 450 m2 the chamber`s administration floor, consists of reception, waiting, chamber chairman`s office, other employees offices, meeting room and all related facilities.
• Third floor 450 m2 the recreational floor, consists of around 200 m2 cafeteria and 250 m2 open terrace and all related facilities.
• Landscape, Garden and Exterior facilities and car parking.

UTOPIA tasks were but not limited to: Preparing Architectural, structure, electrical and Mechanical design. The project also included landscape design for exterior areas, as well as preparing all related tender documents.
